What are access tickets?

Access tickets are for guests with physical, sensory or cognitive disabilities. Please note Mamma Mia! The Party has its own access policies which are independent from and overrule those of The O2.

Which documents are accepted for Access bookings?

The following documents are accepted as valid forms of access documentation required for access bookings:

  • Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)
  • Certificate of Visual Impairment
  • War Disablement Pension
  • AFIP (Armed Forces Independence Payment)
  • Continuing Healthcare Package
  • Dual Sensory Impairment
  • Blue Badge
  • Disabled Railcard
  • CEA Card
  • Nimbus CredAbility/ Access Card
  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
  • Document with a ‘+1’ symbol
  • Any other International Disability Document

What are signed performances?

Mamma Mia! The Party offers signed performances which feature a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter who interprets the performance for deaf audiences.

The signed performance will be a BSL-interpreted performance and will be delivered by Theatre Sign.

What are captioned performances?

Mamma Mia! The Party offers captioned performances which translate live speech into subtitles that appear on a screen for deaf or hard of hearing audiences.

The captioned performance will be delivered by StageText.

Can I bring my assistance dog?

We welcome assistance dogs at Mamma Mia! The Party. So we can make sure everything is perfect for your visit, please call our access bookings team on 020 3995 6296 and select option 3 when prompted. You’ll need to provide evidence of your Recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

Do you have a braille menu?

We offer braille main menus at the taverna which can be requested through your server. We also offer noise cancellation headphones and sensory toys. If you would like either of these, please ask one of your servers.
