We are here to help with any questions you may have

Any questions? See below! Please make sure your question isn't answered before contacting us, unless your enquiry is urgent.

How Are Guests Seated?

Just like a restaurant, here at Mamma Mia! The Party you just give your name to the host on arrival and you will be directed to your table. Your table is allocated before you arrive and cannot be altered when you arrive.

Nikos Taverna is a sociable place so you may find yourself sharing a table with other guests depending on the size of your party.

Whilst you may be required to share a table, food will only be shared with your party (mezze) or on individual plates (starter, main and dessert). We cannot guarantee that large groups will be able to sit together due to table sizes, but we will aim to sit you on adjacent tables where possible.

How can I talk to someone?

If you purchased your tickets online, you would have bought them through SEE Tickets, our official ticketing partner. You can contact them here.

If you purchased your tickets over the phone via our ticketing team, please contact us here.

Our in-house ticketing team cannot help if you purchased tickets through SEE Tickets, please contact your point of purchase directly here.

Please note that our Social Media team cannot assist with any booking queries.

How are you navigating COVID-19?

Mamma Mia! The Party is committed to ensuring the safety of all guests and offering the very best experience.

We no longer require a valid NHS COVID Pass or proof of a negative test on entry.

If we are unable to open the Taverna for whatever reason, we will be able to look at rescheduling your booking.

If you or a member of your party has tested positive, please do not attend and contact your point of purchase with proof of a positive test.

Will I receive a ticket?

We are a ticketless event, and we work in a similar way to a restaurant booking. After you’ve booked and received your booking confirmation, you only need to give your name on the door and a member of our team will show you to your table.

What is the food & drink menu?

A very important question! We run a set four-course Greek meal and have a full section of our website on this. Find out more

We also have a wide selection of drinks, including freshly made cocktails, which you order by speaking to our waiting staff.

Mamma Mia! The Party is an accessible event and we are committed to making everyone’s visit as enjoyable and easy as possible.
