We are here to help with any questions you may have

Any questions? See below! Please make sure your question isn't answered before contacting us, unless your enquiry is urgent.

What has changed because of COVID-19?

Mamma Mia! The Party is committed to ensuring the safety of all guests and offering the very best experience.

We have implemented several important measures that will apply to your visit to Nikos Taverna.

Please read our full COVID policy here. Our entry policy applies to everybody, including those who are fully vaccinated

If we are unable to open the Taverna for whatever reason, we will be able to look at rescheduling your booking.

If you or a member of your party has tested positive or shows any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend and email us at info@mammamiatheparty.co.uk with proof of a positive test. A member of our ticketing team will be able to help.

How can I talk to someone?

For general enquiries and questions, the quickest way to get in touch is via Social Media. This is sometimes monitored outside of usual working hours and can answer most questions.

Our Social Media team are unable to advise on queries about bookings. Please email or call the ticketing team about your booking.

If you prefer, you can email us at info@mammamiatheparty.co.uk. You can also call us on +44 (0)20 3995 6288 (Monday – Friday: 10:00 am- 5:00 pm).

Please be aware that we receive a high number of calls and emails and operate with a small team. We may be dealing with another enquiry and so cannot guarantee a timely response.

Will I receive a ticket?

We are a ticketless event, and we work in a similar way to a restaurant booking. After you’ve booked and received your booking confirmation, you only need to give your name on the door and a member of our team will show you to your table.

What is the food & drink menu?

A very important question! We run a set four-course meal and have a wide selection of drinks which you order through a QR code on your table.

We have a full section of our website on this. Find out more

How Are Guests Seated?

Just like a restaurant, here at Mamma Mia! The Party you just give your name to the host on arrival you will be directed to your table.

Nikos Taverna is a sociable place so you may find yourself sharing a table with other guests depending on the size of your party.

Whilst you may be required to share a table, food will only be shared with your party (mezze or starter) or on individual plates (main and dessert). We cannot guarantee that large groups will be able to sit together due to table sizes, but we will aim to sit you on adjacent tables where possible.

Do you have a mailing list?

We do! We will only ever send you the latest and most important information about Mamma Mia! The Party. We also keep your data safe.

What is the running time of the party?

The nature of the party means it lasts longer than a traditional theatre show. Please arrive on time so you have time to relax and enjoy the experience in full.

Doors open at 6:30 pm for evening performances and at 12 noon for matinee performances. On arrival, you will be shown to your table, given a welcome drink and a starter to enjoy for about an hour before the party truly begins.

The experience lasts approximately 4 hours but the party often continues. Don’t forget your dancing shoes!

What is the Age Limit?

The minimum age for Mamma Mia! The Party is 5 years old. Every guest under 18 will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian.

What technical effects can I expect?

We use haze, flames and pyrotechnics during the performance. Although we do not use any strobe lighting during the performance, there are instances of continual flashing lights which some audience members might be sensitive to.
